RETURN POLICY:
OUR DRESSES CAN’T BE RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND!
ONCE ORDER IS PLACED AND PROCESSED, IT CAN’T BE CANCELED.
Payment: Customers can pay full amount while placing orders, or pay 50% of full price as deposit, and the due balance 50% will be charged when dress is finished before shipping.
Time Frame: Usually takes 45-60 days to finish a luxury wedding dress, please order your dress 3 months earlier before the wedding. Urgent order will be charged extra $350.
Shipping: We usually ship custom-made dresses by DHL/UPS express air.
